AI Engineer

About the Role:

We’re looking for an AI Engineer to help build intelligent, conversation-driven ordering experiences for the Food & Beverage industry. The ideal candidate will work with Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-agent systems, and real-world food data to develop smart, personalized, and seamless user journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build intelligent ordering journeys using LLMs (Large Language Models) and multi-agent systems.

• Work with real-world food data, user behavior models, and conversation-driven commerce to enhance customer experience.

• Design and implement AI-driven chat and recommendation systems for order prediction and personalization.

• Analyze customer behavior data to optimize menu suggestions, cross-selling, and retention strategies.

• Collaborate with data, product, and design teams to align AI outputs with business goals.

• Continuously experiment with AI models to improve ordering accuracy and customer engagement.

• Ensure AI systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with data privacy and ethical standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in AI / Machine Learning development.

• Strong coding skills in Python and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.) and LangChain or similar frameworks.

• Experience working with multi-agent systems or conversational AI tools.

• Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and recommendation systems is a plus.

• Exposure to F&B, e-commerce, or consumer-tech domains preferred.

• Clear communication skills — able to explain AI concepts to non-technical teams.

• Curious, proactive, and eager to explore new AI technologies.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
