What you’ll be doing

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries by telephone, or by email
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies
  • Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.
  • Providing overall great customer experience
  • Ensuring customer issues are resolved in a timely manner

  • Worked in similar role
  • Should be able to work Independently
