Job Description

What you will be doing:

Lead and manage a team of developers in the end-to-end development of React Native mobile applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
Oversee the complete app development pipeline from conception to the Go-Live stage.
Develop performance-first mobile applications, ensuring optimal speed, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
Perform code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices are maintained.
Manage and optimize mobile app performance across various devices and platforms.
Take an active role in hands-on development, contributing to the coding efforts as part of the team.
Experience in managing Google Play Console and App Store Connect, including app submission and updates.
Optimizing app performance and user experience through code optimization.

What it requires to do the job:

Proven experience as a React Native Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience.
Proficient in React JS, React Native, JavaScript Core, Android Studio, and XCode.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience in managing and leading teams throughout the entire app development lifecycle.
In-depth knowledge of mobile app performance optimization techniques.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Experience with testing frameworks.
